If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Item availability

  • Errors in the description or prices for items

  • Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

In order to be eligible for a return you must e-mail us at support@funpopcollectibles.com. if your order qualifies for a return, FunPop Collectibles will email you with any further instructions. All items are FINAL SALE if they are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased items while they are in Your possession.

Once all items have shipped and items are under any of our delivery carrier's possession, we are not responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, any errors by the carrier or incorrect shipping info. The shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier selected.

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGES OR DELAYS. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR STORE IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned items if you qualify for the return. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

 

Conditions for Returns

If you are eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Items were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The Items are in the original packaging

  • The Items were not used or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost good within the return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
